This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website www.irca-radiocirugia.com, (hereinafter, the Site), owned by Instituto de Radiocirugía Avanzada S.L., hereinafter IRCA, with NIF: B67638072, address calle de la Loma number 1, Hospital Viamed Santa Elena (Edificio Virgen de la Paloma), 28003 Madrid and telephone number 911.091.946.

IRCA was incorporated in Madrid on October 14, 2021, before the Notary Mr. Miguel Yuste Rojas, with protocol number 3,796. Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 42653, folio 130, inscription 1, page M-754359.

The clinical activity and corporate purpose is, among others, the provision of health services of radiosurgery, radiotherapy and oncology, and has the following authorizations:

►Acceptance of the clauses of the Legal Notice

The use of the Page requires the user’s acceptance of each and every one of the clauses indicated in this Legal Notice, as well as the warnings or specific clauses established for the contracting of certain services, products or use of areas of the Page. If the user does not accept these clauses, he/she must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and/or contents available on the Page.
